What is a personalised calendar?
Many people describe a personalised calendar as a calendar with your name on every page integrated into a picture by means of a graphic font. We see the personalisation of a calendar in a very different way – Let’s be honest, you don’t need to be reminded of your own name, but friends and family members’ birthdays often slip our minds. We allow you to personalise your calendar in the following ways:
- You choose the theme you wish to look at for the next 12 months
- You choose the colour and font you prefer
- You can include a maximum of 10 different special dates from Birthdays to Anniversaries and any other days you need to be reminded of
These variables (listed above) then gets printed in your own calendar that gets delivered to your door.

How many calendars can I order at a time?
You can order a single calendar at a time, due to the personalised nature of the calendar, however you can place any number of orders, each with their own unique blend of variables and delivery addresses.

Can I order a personalised calendar for a friend as a gift?
The personalised calendar makes for a perfect gift – it gives you the opportunity to send a friend or relative a special gift with that personal touch. Something truly unique and individual. You will have to opportunity to provide a delivery address that is different to the billing address. If you are placing the order for a gift for a friend you can follow these simple steps:
- Place the order by providing your friend’s details
- Provide some special dates you want them to remember like YOUR BIRTHDAY!
- Select the theme, colour and font
- Proceed to the payment pages
- When asked for the billing address - that is your address
- When asked for the delivery address - that is your friend’s address (unless you want to receive the calendar and then give it to them)

If I place a number of orders – can I save on the delivery fees?
If you place the orders one after the other we will be able to discount your delivery fees granted all the orders are going to the same address. The orders cannot be placed days or even hours apart though – that would make it difficult to track! You can also send a special request to help@myowncalendar.co.za to request a special delivery request – just remember to quote all relevant order numbers in your email.

What if I receive my calendar and there are spelling errors in it?
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the spelling of names and / or other data submitted for the order – it will remain your responsibility to check the information you supply before submitting the order. If you want your calendar to be reprinted it will unfortunately require you to go through the same process again.

What if I receive the wrong calendar - not the one I ordered?
Then you simply need to email us at faultyorder@myowncalendar.co.za and ensure to send us all your order details. A helpful sales person will then contact you to make arrangements to get the faulty calendar back from you and to then replace it, depending on the problem with the calendar.

What if I placed an order and it never gets delivered to me?
Then please email us at info@myowncalendar.co.za and ensure to send us all your order details. A helpful sales person will then contact you to make arrangements after looking into the matter with the relevant courier company.

Can I make changes to my order I already placed and paid for?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any changes to orders. It is vitally important to check all details before you finally submit the order and make payment.

Can I cancel an order already placed and paid for?
Unfortunately not. The nature of the service is of such that the moment you place the order, the data is processed to create your unique calendar. The calendar entails a unique combination of processes that cannot be interrupted manually. Once your order has been confirmed by means of payment and the processing of the data has commenced you will remain liable for payment of the order, even if you want to cancel the order.
